Welcome to ATL:365 Entertainment! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our photo booth rental services. By accessing our website and booking our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use ATL:365 Entertainment's services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to ATL:365 Entertainment. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Booking and Payment

1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and the required deposit.

2. Deposit and Payments: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date and time slot. Full payment is due 2 days before the event. Payments can be made via Cash or Credit Card.

3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 2 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a deposit refund, minus $75 administrative fees.

 

Services

1. Service Hours: The standard rental period includes 3 hours of service. Additional hours can be arranged for an additional fee of $250/hour.

2. Operation: ATL:365 Entertainment will provide an attendant to operate the photo booth during the event. The Client is responsible for providing adequate space (minimum 10 ' x 10') and power supply for the booth.

3. Photo Prints and Digital Copies: Each guest in the photo session receives a digital photo print. Digital copies of all photos taken will be provided to the Client after the event via a link through email.

 

Liability

1. Damage or Loss: The Client assumes full responsibility for any damage or loss of the Company's equipment caused by any guest during the rental period.

2. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ATL:365 Events, its employees, and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorney's fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from the Client's event.

 

Miscellaneous

1. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.

2. Changes to Terms: ATL:365 Entertainment reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
